How to meet us at Phuket Airport

Sawasdee! 🙏 Your airport transfer has been arranged with us. Please follow the instructions below to meet our representative at Phuket International Airport (HKT) — the meeting point depends on whether you arrive at the Domestic or International terminal.

Domestic Arrivals

Gate 1 — look left

  1. Exit through Gate 1.
  2. After exiting, look to your left.
  3. Our representative waits inside, just after Gate 1.
  4. Look for a sign with your name.

  1. After exiting Gate 2, proceed straight toward Gate 3.
  2. Once you are outside Gate 3, turn left.
  3. Follow the sidewalk.

Your journey through the airport

After you meet our representative, your driver normally arrives within approximately 5–10 minutes. Airport pickups include 75 minutes of free waiting from your scheduled pick-up time or flight landing time.

Night surcharge

Pick-ups between 20:00 and 06:00 incur an additional THB 200.

Cancellation policy

All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.

Waiting time & no-show

Airport pickup: 75 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time, or from the flight landing time where applicable. Other pickups: 30 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. After the free waiting period, THB 300 per additional hour applies.

Failure to arrive at the designated pickup point within the applicable free waiting period is treated as a no-show. The full fare is charged and no refund is provided.

Passenger responsibilities

  • Pay the taxi fare in advance before arrival.
  • Arrive at the designated pick-up location on time.
  • Follow the pick-up instructions provided in the booking confirmation.

Changes to pick-up time

Please notify Bcare at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time to change the pickup time. Later requests may be treated as a no-show where the vehicle or driver can no longer be rescheduled.
