Drivers must be 20 years or older and hold a valid government driving licence, or an International Driving Permit (IDP) appropriate for the vehicle.

Standard use covers Phuket, Phang Nga and Khao Lak. Driving outside this area needs prior approval. Unauthorised travel may incur a THB 10,000 charge — and if we cannot reach the renter for 2 hours after unauthorised use, we may seek assistance from the authorities and charge reasonable recovery costs.

Return the car with fuel at the handover level. Missing fuel is charged at actual cost or deducted from the deposit — reference THB 400 per fuel-gauge segment. Damage from wrong fuel is the renter's responsibility.

One rental day is 24 hours. The first 3 late hours are free; after that, THB 200 per hour. More than 5 hours late counts as an extra rental day. To change your return time or location, tell us at least 3 hours before the due return — changes are subject to approval.

Plans change — we understand. But returning the car early does not qualify for a refund of unused days.

Please check the car before you hand back the keys — the company is not responsible for belongings left in the vehicle.

The renter authorises reasonable inspection, recovery or movement of the vehicle when needed to protect the car or the company — always subject to applicable law.

Cooperate fully and produce the original key where applicable. The uninsured portion or excess may reach up to 20% of the assessed value, depending on circumstances. Renter misconduct, gross fault or an insurance-excluded loss may extend liability to the full assessed loss, subject to the signed agreement and the law.

A material breach of the agreement can allow the security deposit to be applied toward initial losses. Losses above the deposit remain recoverable under the agreement and the law.

At pickup the renter confirms they have reviewed the vehicle, insurance and usage terms, and accepts the signed rental agreement before driving away.
