This serene 3-bedrooms, 4-bathrooms villa features a cozy living room, dining room, and a fully equipped Western kitchen with an oven. Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and sunbeds for ultimate relaxation. Located a 10-minutes walk to 7/11 and local shops, the villa is in a beautiful neighborhood. ***All of our properties are INCLUSIVE of electricity, water*** Fully Equipped: Includes a toaster, kettle, oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, and dinnerware for 6 (plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, teaspoons, coffee cups, wine glasses, and glasses). Cooking Essentials: Cutting board, pots, and cooking utensils. Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Double bed, air conditioning, direct access to the pool, and ensuite bathroom with hot water. Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Double bed, air conditioning, direct access to the pool, and ensuite bathroom with hot water. Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): Double bed, air conditioning, workspace with desk, and ensuite bathroom with hot water. Living Room: Super comfortable couch, TV, coffee table, high-speed internet, and a working desk. Dining Room: Table and chairs, perfect for dinner parties. Guest Bathroom (Downstairs): Includes hot water. Laundry: Washing machine available for your convenience, with clothes rack and outdoor clothes lines Pool: Beautiful pool with two sunbeds, table with four chairs and umbrella for relaxation. Pool is cleaned twice a week. Outdoor Shower: Convenient for cleaning up after a beach visit. Garden: Maintained every 10 days.
